We started where many in the trade start: with spreadsheets, forwarded PDFs, and introductions that took weeks to materialize. Every sourcing conversation seemed to pass through someone who added cost but rarely added clarity.
The more we looked, the clearer the distortion became. Arbitrary 100-point scores were deciding which estates deserved attention, while exceptional producers in emerging regions remained invisible. The middlemen were not just expensive—they were filtering out the very diversity the market needed.
MyVinoSource is the directory we wished existed when we were sourcing: a direct, searchable map of the world's wine estates, built on terroir and ambition rather than hype. We are still early, but the vision is simple—give every serious buyer and producer a fair shot at finding each other.
